Guys prepare for the next blow. There is a german copy of Facebook called studiVZ (studi=student) with approximately 10 Mio users. They are one of biggest social platform in Europe. Anyhow, they are owned by one of the biggest Media Cooperation in Germany and they just shut down the Zeitgeist groups which had several 10k followers. If thats not bad enough, it gets worse. The reason for the ban are anti-semetic tendencies expressed by TZGM. Maybe you can translate the whole article with google.

Prepare for similar actions by Facebook! MAybe you could bring this to the attention of the facebook group, so users dont get disconnected like in germany. Youtube and google already tried to block the voices of Alex Jones, we might be the next. In this context, if you are in Europe, vote the Pirate Party into the EU parliament to protect the internet and freedom of the individual.

the german political system uses a pro semitic stance to label anything they see as a threat anti semitic.

clearly with the history of the german national identity it is not advisable to have anything to do with anti semiticism, but they also use it to their advantage, as in this case.

the german system was recently caught out trying to put in a national firewall to prevent certain internet sites being viewed, and an international company was swooped on for divulging this information and showing what they were blocking and trying to implement. Seeing that it was an international company and happened to be based in germany was their mistake as it caused an uproar.

bottom line, if its a german site, they will try to eridicate any anti corporatism, anti establishment at all costs and never give the real reason, since anti semiticism is a great excuse for the germans, it makes them look good doing something bad.

We have to protect the internet

These are very bad news... though it isn't surprising.
But how to deal with it? I think the social networks are very important to reach a generation of people which are using these services every day. First of all I think the movement has to make clear that the ideas behind Zeitgeist have nothing to do with antisemitism. I think we all share the opinion that this is a completely peaceful movement...
Maybe it would be nice to have groups which share the similar thoughts but don't call themselves "zeitgeist-revolution" or "break down the system"-group. You know what I mean. For example on facebook exists a group called "planet productions" with members mostly from UK. It also has thousands of members and they are all supporters of a resource based economy. On the other hand I don't know if it is a good thing when the word "Zeitgeist" gets banned this way. So in the case of studiVZ another possibility would be to try to get as many users as possible from this platform and make a petition so they see that the majority of the people don't see anti-semetic tendencies in the movement.
But anyway we must not let us ban from some kind of social networks in a time where still most people are not aware of the flaws and possible solutions in our time.

Conclusion: It should be stated clearly on every group online that this movement does not want to separate people into any groups; and that all ethnicity, nations, religions etc. are welcome to join. The basis of the movement is unity, and not anti-.

Suppose the ZM takes over the monetary system, nobody is going to be punished for crimes against humanity or something like that. This is one of the mistakes of any previous movements of similar kind - they made bloody revolutions, killing and convicting people of power before them, creating hidden hatred within generations of their families etc.

None of this stupidity should be re-done with the ZM, and it should be clear that nobody thinks about anything other than non-violent resistance (similar to what Gandhi was doing).

Administrators of such social websites should be contacted personally about this, get it clarified on the movement pages etc. There's no legal way to draw those wrong conclusions about ZM. Jewish people can (and probably do) participate in ZM, as any other people, and nobody in ZM is making such absurd general divisions of outdated prejudice.

Thats quite a big leap to make, considering that capitalists nowdays are not all jewish.

Of course, its probably not helped by the Z approach to being rather anti-religion, so someone might assume, they are anti-religious capitalists, though still, that could be other religions as well!


This kind of thing is happening all over with other political groups, so its not suprising that Z is now being considered a realistic threat.

Well there are some similarities between what people identifies as NWO/Illuminati/whatever and the old "jewish world conspiracy" so I can kinda understand where they are coming from, even though it seems they are overreacting.

The article btw states furthermore that the media group which created this site is associated with the bilderbeg group as well. With all the attention that this conspricacy theory stuff currently gets, I'd say it was a pretty stupid move by them to take such radical action against TZM. Such concrete evidence allows us to convince other people more easily that the current situation isn't something worth perpetuating.

I wonder why you even try to make conclusion about them connecting zeitgeist with antisemitism. With such an argument it's clear that they simply want it out of the way.

If a petition wouldn't work then this is even more back up for this theory.

If people stop posting about conspiracy theories in relation to the movement, the whole 'anti-semetic/anti-establishment/anti-etc.' thing will go away. If the Zeitgeist groups focus on The Venus Project, they will not be removed. Keep this in mind; there's no good for any company blocking a completely 100% prosocial venture, it would look mindless.
